Presider: Jesus’ preaching teaches the way of discipleship. The physically and mentally ill, the lame, the blind, and those possessed by demons are returned to communities. He is the Good Shepherd returning lost lambs to the flock. With confidence we offer our needs and concerns to the Father through the Good Shepherd

Presider: Lord, Jesus. You are a caring, good shepherd. Our lives are guided by your love. Send the Spirit to open our hearts to your presence and care. Open our eyes and ears to hear and see those who are in need of your help. Guide our hands to reach out to the needy. We ask this of the Father through your intercession.
