32nd Sunday in Ordinary Time

November 8, 2026.

Celebrant: Earth unites with Heaven as we pray, and so let us lift our needs to God?

Deacon/Reader:

1. Lord God of all Creation we ask You to make of us lamps to shine Your Light in dark places in Your world; We pray to the Lord.

2. Open our eyes and our hearts to places that need more of Your Light in these times; We pray to the Lord.

3. Give each one of us Your oil of kindness to light our Way in the world You Loved and into which You sent Jesus to show us the Way; We pray to the Lord.

4. Give us the oil of Justice to light the Way in the world You Love and into which You sent Jesus to show us the Way; We pray to the Lord.

5. Thank you for the Saints of God living with You now; open a stronger and deeper relationship between us by the Power of Your Holy Spirit; We pray to the Lord.

6. For Your Church in the world You made for all of us; make of us stronger images of Our Lord and Savior in Your world; We pray to the Lord.

7. For the Leaders in the world and for those running for national, state and local office; open their minds and hearts to be led by You; We pray to the Lord.

8. For Pope Leo, increase his strength and Your power in and through him in these days where strong, clear leadership is so needed; We pray to the Lord.

9. Open our eyes to see Your Presence in all those meet in these days; We pray to the Lord.

10. For those running for public office; open their hearts and minds to see what needs to be done and to speak out as You lead them; We pray to the Lord.

11. For the poor and the persecuted in Your world, turn our hearts to those in need and make us stronger advocates of Your Love and Your grace where we live; We pray to the Lord.

12. We thank you for nourishing us with Your Presence in Word and Sacrament; make us able now to share all that You give to us; We pray to the Lord.

13. Pour forth Your Spirit on us; so that, nourished by Your Word and Your Sacrament, we become bearers of Your grace in this world that needs Your Presence so badly; We pray to the Lord.

Celebrant: In remembrance of all the good that comes from God...

R: Amen.
